Can each agent have his own customized filters?

Behavioral filters can be customized directly from your backoffice and the number of filters you personalize is unlimited. Each agent, or group of agents, has a set of filters of his/her own. So, every agent, or group of agents, can activate the customer commitment process according to his field of expertise (sales assistance, after-sales service, claims management, etc.). Every agent can be assigned to a geographical zone and only take action on said area.
