Which criteria can visitors be targeted on?
The targeting tool has over 14 different behavioral criteria to choose from. These criteria are based on the customer’s browsing history (duration of his visit on the website, number of visits, viewed URLs, etc.) and on his behavior in the purchasing funnel (viewed cart pages, number of items in his cart, etc.). A filter is defined according to several combined criteria to which is associated a particular behavior (sending of an invitation to chat, sending of a marketing push). More filters can be set up depending on other databases. For example, targeted Internet users that are set up with a customer account.
